CO-FOUNDER AND CREATIVE HEAD

Saurabh has nearly 20 years of industry experience at a wide range of agencies, and he feels lucky to have worked closely with many advertising luminaries on innumerable high-profile campaigns. He has been responsible for creating some of the most culturally relevant and talked about work for brands like TOYOTA, RAM BANDHU, OMKAR, EXIDE LIFE, PANTALOONS, STAR INDIA.

He has won many Indian and International awards such as Silver in New York Festivals, Finalist in the Abbys, Special Project Award – Promax, and Gold In Graphis.

He has also served as a professional jury for Graphis 2011 Advertising Annual.

He has also won GOLD in GRAPHIS 2008 in Print Category for PEEPERICO RED CHILLI SAUCE.

Saurabh is responsible for driving a dynamic creative team and leading the agency’s growth with new creative capabilities, outstanding brand campaigns, and evolving best practices across the agency.

As the co-founder and managing partner, Rajiv is the strategic planner at ROAR COMMUNICATIONS and oversees a multidisciplinary team of strategists that helps brands create influence through culture. With over 20 years of experience in various advertising agencies, Rajiv’s leadership has contributed to outstanding campaigns for major brands, including Pantene, Star India, Bru Coffee, Tata Sky, Mahindra Bolero, Mahindra Commercial Vehicle, Parle G, Exide Life.

His leadership qualities have enabled him to win multiple Effies Awards ( 3 SILVER, 2 GOLD, 1 GRAND EFFIE + MARICO UNCOMMON SENSE AWARD..

He leads the ROAR COMMUNICATIONS intercultural team, which aims to put diversity at the core of every brand and extend the focus across the entire brand experience.
